Terms of use

These terms govern your use of carfreadyuae.com and the CARF Ready UAE readiness review, provided by House of Borel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Not advice

The review is an operational readiness assessment based on the information you provide and on public sources at the time of the review. It is not legal or tax advice and does not replace your own advisers.

Fees

Fees are fixed and set out in your order. They are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel before you return the completed intake questions and receive a full refund. Once work on your review has started, we will refund 50% of the fee if you cancel before we deliver the draft report. After the draft report is delivered, the fee is non-refundable. If we cannot deliver the review, we will refund the fee in full. To cancel, email finance+carfready@houseofborel.xyz. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any review is limited to the fee paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
